Food/drink contamination claims include Benzene Litigation, Para Red, Sudan 1. Extensive experience of environmental damage claims (especially petrochemical and extractive industries) arising in various jurisdictions. Property damage claims include major explosions/fires/failures in factories, power stations, oil depots, ships etc. Particular experience of cross-border and jurisdiction disputes, including parent company/overseas subsidiary claims.
