Local authority work covers contracts, public procurement, public liability, finance, employment, passenger transport, local taxation, land development, housing, community services and computer problems.

Called to the Bar 1964 and joined present chambers 1965. Appointed assistant recorder 1981. Took Silk 1986. Appointed recorder 1986 and Deputy High Court Judge 1994, Election Commissioner 1994.
