Specialist in consumer and regulatory law, including electronic commerce, unfair trading, misleading and comparative advertising, civil aviation and financial disputes. Particular expertise in EU consumer law, the primary authority scheme and judicial reviews. Regularly acts for major retailers, finance providers, public bodies and charities.
Recent cases include acting for the Civil Aviation Authority in Jet 2.com v Civil Aviation Authority  EWCA Civ 35 and representing a major online platform in proceedings regarding novel issues of EU consumer law.
Teaches EU Law at the London School of Economics; worked as a visiting professional at the European Commission and as a consultant for the United Nations. Read law at the London School of Economics and at the University of Cambridge.
