Particular expertise in EU consumer law, the primary authority scheme and judicial reviews. Regularly acts for major retailers, finance providers, public bodies and charities.
Recent cases include acting for the Civil Aviation Authority in Jet 2.com v Civil Aviation Authority [2020] EWCA Civ 35 and representing a major online platform in proceedings regarding novel issues of EU consumer law.
