George's practice covers the full range of Canadian import and export, laws, regulations and policy and related international trade treaties: anti-dumping/countervailing duty, customs import/export, government procurement, access to information, lobbying, foreign anti-corruption, economic sanctions, export controls, controlled goods, foreign extra-territorial measures and product regulation. George's has a multi-disciplinary practice, advising on M&A and commercial transactions, and acting as an advocate in proceedings before the Federal Courts, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, the Canada Border Services Agency and other Federal regulatory bodies.
