His M&A experience includes advising on takeover bids, plans of arrangement and corporate reorganizations, acting for both buyers and sellers. In the capital markets space, Harinder acts for issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, secondary offerings and new issues of equity and debt securities in both Canadian and US markets.
