Attorney Lin Geng possesses 30 years of professional experience. He graduated from the Department of International Economic Law at China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws degree. Currently, he serves as a Senior Partner and Board Director at Dacheng (Fuzhou) Law Firm. He has been honored as one of “Fujian Province's Top Ten Outstanding Young Lawyers” and “Fujian Province's Outstanding Young Lawyer,” and is listed in Chambers Greater China Guide 2026 as a Tier 3 Corporate/Commercial Lawyer.

2. The processing contract dispute case between Jinchang Jiucai Industrial Gas Co., Ltd. and Gansu Fengsheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was featured in Issue 8, 2023 of the Supreme People's Court Bulletin.

3. The Xinte Electric Securities False Statement Liability Dispute Case was selected as one of the Top Ten Most Influential Cases in Civil and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration in Fujian Province's legal profession from 2016 to 2018.

4. Represented Fujian Henglian Group and its subsidiaries in a contract dispute case (involving over RMB 150 million). Won the retrial at first instance in April 2025, securing a reduction in compensation exceeding RMB 30 million.

5. Assisted Fujian Huaxing Group in a third-party objection lawsuit, securing a favorable reversal in the second-instance ruling and safeguarding tens of millions in asset rights.
