The team assists arrangers and originators with the structuring of securitisation transactions relating to a wide variety of receivables, including residential mortgage loans, commercial loans, consumer loans and non-performing receivables. The team also regularly advises Italian banking groups on the establishment of covered bond programmes and on the issuance of bonds as part of their EMTN programmes. Furthermore, the team covers assistance on derivatives.
The Equity Capital Markets Focus Team specialises in assisting listed and regulated companies – having advised on the most prominent privatisations, listing transactions, and public M&A deals (takeover bids with and without share swaps) and having assisted issuers, placement banks, and selling shareholders with the most important transactions in Italy. Specifically, team’s practice covers IPOs and capital increases, public tender offers and stake-building processes, related-party’s transactions, remuneration plans and day-to-day assistance to listed companies.
