He advises public and private companies and state-owned enterprises on M&A, capital market transactions, restructurings and privatizations. Frank routinely advises boards and management teams on governance and transactional matters. He is recognized in numerous legal publications as a leading M&A and capital markets specialist.

Career

Member of the firm' s Corporate Department. Frank is Co-head of Osler’s Asia Pacific initiative and is the former National Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate Group. Former Co-Chair of the firm’s Strategic Planning Committee and member of its Operations Committee.
