Françoise is a family lawyer with over twenty-five years’ experience, gained both in London (where she was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1998 and admitted as an English Solicitor in 2002) and in Jersey. Françoise was sworn in as a Jersey Advocate in 2014 before then setting up Binet Law in 2015. Françoise work includes divorce or dissolution of civil partnerships, separation agreements, financial settlements, children arrangements and pre-nuptial agreements.
