Before joining Garrigues, he worked at Colombia’s leading financial group, on a wide range of matters including project finance, debt refinancing

and structured lending. Francisco is recognized for his participation in the most relevant financing transactions carried out in Colombia in the last

few years, focusing his practice in 4G projects as well as for structuring project finance transactions in connection with other types of infrastructures including social infrastructure, energy assets, airports, telecommunication, public transport, oil and gas and agriculture.
