Francesco is a Member of the Executive Committee, focusing on trust advisory, estate planning, and corporate services. He guides international private clients and corporate entities through cross-border tax, wealth structuring, and governance frameworks. Known for his technical rigour, practical mindset and warm, approachable manner, Francesco helps families and institutions protect and manage their global assets.

With nearly three decades of experience, Francesco has held senior executive and advisory roles within tax, legal, and consulting firms. He is a licensed Fiduciary Accountant with a solid background in international wealth planning and corporate structuring.

Francesco holds a Law degree from the University of Milan and an LL.M. in Tax Law from the Business School of Il Sole 24 Ore in Milan. He is a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) accredited by EFFAS, as well as a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He speaks Italian, English and French.
