Capital Trustees is a professional Swiss trustee company specialized in the establishment and administration of trusts. 

The Firm is one of the first trustee companies licensed by the Swiss Financial markets Supervisory Authority (FINMA), and the first being authorized among the members of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies (SATC), the association that brings together companies that are active in the Swiss trust industry. 

The Firm is privately owned and fully independent, not being part of any family office, banking or financial group. Its exclusive focus on trust activities, as well as the fact that it doesn't provide asset management services or tax and legal advisory, prevent it to incur in any conflict of interests, while freely cooperating with other advisors.

Capital Trustees caters all core trust services in-house, starting from the drafting of any relevant trust document, up to the day-to-day management and monitoring of the trust fund. Compliance activities, as well as Financial and Controlling and ICT's are all carried out internally to achieve maximum control over processes and information flows. This approach is paramount to ensure confidentiality over clients' data.

The Company has a long-standing experience in dealing with multi-jurisdictional complex cases involving international clients and different asset classes. Its professionals are all qualified in their own field and many of them are qualified TEP (Trust & Estate Practitioners) and members of STEP.
