Focco Lunsingh Scheurleer has been practicing law since 1995. Hence, his experience as a lawyer spans nearly three decades, with the last 20 years as a partner in the firm.

In recent years, Focco continued to be the lead in several large local and international transactions, such as the financing by lenders syndicates and other group financiers of different international and local hotels and other hospitality resorts, and other entities like utilities companies, throughout the Dutch Caribbean.

Focco and his team also provide legal assistance to clients with structured finance. In addition, Focco advises clients on a broad scale of cross-border financial regulatory matters.

In addition to his work for our firm, Focco is a member of the Committee Advising the Government of Curaçao on matters of corporate law legislation.
