Represents leading companies in trademark, copyright, defamation, and advertising litigation including Microsoft, Topshop, Forever 21, Phillips-Van Heusen, ArcBest Corporation, Scripps Networks, PepsiCo/Gatorade, Cracker Barrel, ASICS, AXA XL, Entercom and AIG. Has been involved in over 40 published decisions, many of which have involved 'cutting-edge' issues, and several cases have received national exposure.
