Filomena is the Co-Founding Partner of Lepore Taylor Fox LLP and has extensive experience as a corporate immigration lawyer. Over the course of her career, she has represented businesses of all sizes, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, in their attainment of temporary and permanent work visas, worksite compliance matters, government enforcement actions, and the development of customized immigration compliance programs. Filomena also serves as Head of the Firm’s Private Client Practice successfully advising individuals in a range of matters including U.S. citizenship and naturalization, family-based petitions such as immigration through a U.S. citizen spouse or fiancé(e), petitions by individuals possessing extraordinary ability, and visa applications by entrepreneurs seeking to form a business in the United States. Over her many years of practice, Ms. Lepore Taylor has successfully advised companies in a range of industries with respect to temporary work visas as well as green card strategies.
