Career

Felipe Aroca is a founding partner of Aroca Vives Abogados. He has about 20 years of extensive experience.

Felipe has experience in legal advice for foreign investment, family estate planning and in the tax structuring of corporate reorganization projects, mergers, acquisitions and business collaborations.

His recent activities include tax advice to local and international companies in the real estate, infrastructure, services, financial and stock market sectors, among others.

Throughout his distinguished career, he has been consistently recognized in Colombia and internationally as one of the best professionals in the area of taxation and family wealth planning.

He is a lawyer from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, where he also obtained the titles of Master in Tax Law and specialist in Tax Law. He completed a Diploma in Business Finance from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain).

Felipe is an active member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Colombian Institute of Tax Law (ICDT).
