Fauzia Kehar is a highly accomplished lawyer with over 20 years of experience in banking, finance, corporate law, dispute resolution, and regulatory affairs. As a Partner at MAS Law, she leads operations in the UAE and KSA, advising multinational corporations and major institutions across various sectors. Her expertise includes regulatory affairs, banking, finance, and mergers & acquisitions.

Previously, Fauzia was the Managing Director and Division General Counsel for Citi’s Middle East, North Africa & Pakistan region, overseeing legal operations in over 15 jurisdictions. She has also worked at a top law firm in Pakistan and served as a National Legal Consultant for the United Nations Conference on Trade & Development (UNCTAD), contributing to transportation/ carriage law reforms in Pakistan.

In 2018, her leadership journey was featured in the Ivey Business School case study, “Fauzia Kehar: Redefining Norms in a Conservative Culture.”

She has been consistently recognized by leading legal industry publications and has stood included in the prestigious General Counsel PowerList Middle East for several listings.
