Fauzia Kehar is a distinguished lawyer with over 20 years of experience in banking, finance, corporate law, dispute resolution, and regulatory affairs. As a Partner at MAS Law, she leads operations in the UAE and KSA, advising multinational corporations and major institutions across various sectors. Her expertise includes banking, finance, and mergers & acquisitions.

Previously, Fauzia was the Managing Director and Division Legal Counsel for Citi’s MENA and Pakistan region, overseeing legal operations in over 15 countries. She has also worked at a top law firm in Pakistan and served as a National Legal Consultant for the UNCTAD, contributing to transportation law reforms in Pakistan.
