Farida Sadiq

Farida is a real estate lawyer with a focus in planning, zoning, and regulatory matters affecting the built environment. She leads the firm’s regulatory practice across the Middle East and advises on some of the region’s most complex development proposals. Her clients include government entities, free zone authorities, and master developers, whom she supports on spatial planning, environmental regulation, infrastructure, and governance. Farida has extensive experience drafting laws, regulations, and policies shaping the built environment. In Saudi Arabia, she has advised on key initiatives aligned with Vision 2030, including the new urban planning regime, real estate regulations, greening frameworks, and the highway code.
