Jonathan Morris

Jonathan is a partner in BCLP’s Corporate Finance and M&A practice, advising UK and international companies on complex transactions with clarity and commercial focus. His experience spans mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and joint ventures, guiding clients from early structuring through to successful completion. He has advised on transactions across multiple jurisdictions, helping businesses achieve growth, manage risk, and secure long‑term value.

With particular experience in the technology, agribusiness and food, healthcare, betting and gaming, defence, and real estate sectors, Jonathan brings sector‑specific insight to every deal. As Co‑Chair of the firm’s Israel Group, he supports cross‑border investment and collaboration with Israeli and Israel-related companies, providing clients with access to global markets and capital ecosystems.

Jonathan also co-leads BCLP’s non-exclusive relationships with preferred law firms across 150+ jurisdictions, providing seamless support to clients as they enter new geographies.
