Jérémie Bismuth is Counsel in the Structured Finance team in Gide's London office.
He advises international finance institutions and their clients in the structuration and negotiations of their domestic and cross-border structured financing and securitisation transactions. He regularly works on a number of structured finance and securitisation transactions in northern Africa (Morocco, Tunisia) and western Africa (Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Mali, Chad, Togo or Burkina Faso) whether as advisor to the arrangers, the anchor investors or the borrowers and/or sellers.
Jérémie regularly advises Europcar Mobility Group on all of its structured finance transactions in Europe, including advising the arranger on the implementation, structuring and finalisation of the first securitisation of mortgage receivables in the WAEMU zone, and advising the International Finance Corporation as reference investor on the implementation, structuring and finalisation of the securitisation of receivables held by the PEPT Fund in Côte d'Ivoire.
Jérémie holds a Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2010 and a Solicitor (England and Wales) since 2019.
