Career

Fabio Rocha Pinto e Silva has practiced in the real estate law and real estate financing areas since 2006. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, transnational investments, leasing, public records, hotel assets, rural and forest properties, real estate credit and financing structures. He also has recognized practice as counsel in several initiatives for overhaul of legal and regulatory provisions on access to credit, promotion of guarantee rights and revamping of public records.
