Fabio Labruna is a founding partner of LMS.

Fabio focuses its practice on corporate, merger & acquisition (private and public), private equity and special situation transactions.

He also regularly provides assistance in deals related litigation matters.

In connection with these transactions he advises clients with respect to the full spectrum of their corporate needs, including their acquisitions, equity investments, debt financings, shareholders relationship and general corporate matters.

In the private equity arena he has been counsel to certain of the major players in the field including Axa Private Equity, Bain Capital, Goldman Sachs Capital Partners, KKR, Vestar Capital Partners and others. Fabio has served as a board member of several listed companies.
