Fabio Labruna is a founding partner of LMS. Fabio focuses his practice on corporate, mergers and acquisitions (private and public), private equity and distressed transactions. He advises clients with respect to the full spectrum of their corporate needs, including their acquisitions, equity investments, debt financings, shareholders relationships and general corporate and compliance matters. In the private equity arena he has been counsel to some of the major players in the field including Axa Private Equity, Bain Capital, Goldman Sachs Capital Partners, Hellman & Friedman, KKR, Triton, Vestar Capital Partners and others. He also regularly provides assistance to board of directors of companies active in regulated markets as to compliance and litigation matters.
