Fabio Braga joined Demarest's Corporate Finance Department in 2006 and currently is partner of Banking, Financial and Corporate Restructuring areas. He develops activities and projects related to several areas of the national financial market, focusing on transactions aimed at meeting the financial needs of the automotive market, in all phases and sectors of its chain. Braga has broad experience in syndicated financial transactions, including in financing projects and debt restructuring operations. His activities extend to the creation of financing programs between large companies in the distribution and consumption sector and financial institutions (private label). Leading projects for the constitution and functioning of financial institutions (of national and foreign origin), he has been acted in a remarkable manner, conducting the respective administrative proceedings before the Central Bank of Brazil. Likewise, he accumulates relevant experience related to the conduct of administrative procedures of a punitive nature before the Brazilian Central Bank, the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and the Appeals Council of the Appeal Council of the National Financial System.
