Career

Evangelos is widely recognised for his expertise in venture capital, private equity and growth investments, advising institutional investors, fund managers and strategic stakeholders on fund participations, investment structuring and complex corporate transactions.

He regularly represents prominent institutional clients, including the Hellenic Development Bank of Investments and Alexander S. Onassis Foundation, in connection with their investment activities. His practice encompasses domestic and cross-border M&A, acting for venture capital firms, private equity funds and strategic investors, as well as providing ongoing corporate governance and commercial advisory support.

Evangelos has also contributed to significant regulatory developments in the investment funds sector, having participated in the legislative committee responsible for the transposition of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) into Greek law.
