Alexander is considered an expert in civil and commercial litigation. He has advised and represented before Greek Courts companies operating in the most important sectors of the economy, such as financial institutions, shipping and tourism companies, automotive companies, manufacturing companies, aquaculture, large retail networks, industrial companies, real estate companies, etc.

Alexander has demonstrated exceptional skill in handling complicated civil and commercial litigation cases, especially those involving the shareholding and management control and ownership of large groups of companies with international corporate structures. His proficiency in managing intricate legal matters extends to resolving sensitive shareholder disputes, navigating the complexities of share purchase agreements.

Furthermore, he has advised business groups on international corporate organization in the context of prevention and settlement of intra-family disputes and moreover in the context of protection from creditors.

Alexander has also participated in Greek and international arbitration proceedings and has been involved in legislative work on the settlement of corporate debt issues.
