Evangelos is considered a Greek venture capital expert, having been selected as an advisor in several notable projects in the field. Recent key highlights include his regular advice to the Hellenic Development Bank of Investments in relation to its participation as an institutional investor to Greek or foreign funds, as well as, his selection as advisor in relation to the establishment of Phaistos Fund, a specialized Greek venture capital mutual fund supported by the Greek government, aiming to drive the country’s digital transformation to 5G. Evangelos has also participated to the legislative committee that transposed the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) to the Greek legal system. In addition, he has acted on numerous M&A deals and other cross-border transactions, representing mainly venture capital firms, private equity funds and strategic or private investors. He also advises corporations and other entities in the field of corporate and commercial law.
