Eva Gostiša is a partner at Jadek & Pensa Law Office. Her work focuses mainly on intellectual property. With regard to trademarks and models, she covers both protection and right enforcement; with regard to patents, she covers the enforcement of the rights in court proceedings. She has also gained vast experience in the fields of job-related inventions, copyright law and unfair competition, in relation to which she advises clients and represents them in disputes. Eva also covers regulations in the field of medicinal products and health care, while she has also been working on real estate transactions in recent years.
