Mr. Besa, with over three decades of experience, has mainly dedicated his practice to commercial, financial and foreign investment matters. His experience covers mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and a broad range of financial transactions, especially project finance. in the infrastructure and energy fields. Among the clients that he has represented are some of the main infrastructure developers and investors.
He is an accredited arbitrator with the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the Chilean Bar Association and the Chilean-British Chamber of Commerce.
Partner and co-founder at Morales & Besa. He worked at KPMG Peat Marwick, Santiago (1987-88). He is currently a post-gradute coporate law teacher at Universidad de los Andes.
