Mr. Besa, with over three decades of experience, has mainly dedicated his practice to corporate, financial and foreign investment matters. His experience covers mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and a broad range of financial transactions, especially project finance in the infrastructure and energy fields. Among the clients that he has represented are some of the main infrastructure developers and investors.
He is an accredited arbitrator with the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
