Career
Cristian has focused his practice on matters of labor law and social security, providing advice on hiring and dismissal processes, collective bargaining processes, immigration law, among other matters. In addition, he has experience in labor litigation, including trials of violation of fundamental rights, unjustified dismissals, occupational accidents and occupational diseases.
He has also provided advice on the implementation of crime prevention and data protection models, including advice on labor and compliance matters, carrying out internal investigation processes and implementing corporate policies, and giving training and lectures on these matters.
He joined Morales & Besa 2018. Previously, he worked in the law firm Labbé Abogados (2015 – 2018).
