Eric L Nelson

Eric Nelson is the managing partner of the firm and practices in the areas of engineering and construction law, and government contracts. He represents owners, EPC and design-build contractors, general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors. Eric focuses his practice on the federal, healthcare, energy (including traditional and renewable energy), and infrastructure markets. Eric has tried cases in federal and state courts throughout the country and before the federal boards of contract appeals. He frequently represents clients in alternative dispute resolution, as well, and has arbitrated claims domestically and abroad. In addition to dispute resolution, Eric often advises clients on front-end project transactions and on federal procurement issues, such as the False Claims Act, Miller Act, small business programs, costs and pricing, compliance, and claims.
