Emmanuelle has extensive experience advising both employers and senior executives on complex employment matters, often with a cross-border element. She specialises in post-termination restrictions, confidentiality and non-compete provisions, and offers strategic counsel on recruitment, secondments, restructurings, redundancies, data protection, discrimination and sexual harassment, whistleblowing and High Court litigation.

Her clients benefit from her adept handling of multi-jurisdictional issues during corporate expansions, acquisitions, and board-level disputes. Bilingual in English and French, Emmanuelle leads the firm’s Anglo-French group, which is over 30 lawyers strong across the firm and is the biggest of its kind in the City.

In addition to her legal practice, she serves on the Advisory Council of the French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain ad as Avocat du Poste at the French Embassy, reinforcing her commitment to supporting Franco-British business relations.
