Career

Beth Greene is a former federal and state prosecutor. She is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, invitation-only fellowships of elite trial lawyers who have exhibited the highest standards.

A strategic investigator and litigator, Beth brings unique, cross-disciplinary experience to solving client problems, including complex criminal matters, False Claims Act investigations, and other regulatory matters. As an investigator and experienced trial attorney, Beth is equipped to guide her clients from the earliest phases of investigation through trial.

Prior to joining Bradley, Beth served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of North Carolina. As an AUSA, she was lead counsel on national and transnational investigations and prosecutions involving racketeering, conspiracy, money laundering, and violent crimes. She also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Mecklenburg County for a decade, where she was a member of the prosecution team for several high-profile homicide cases and jury trials. As a federal and state court prosecutor, Beth tried dozens of jury trials, and she has earned a reputation for being a skilled and effective courtroom advocate. Beth was also in-house counsel for one of the nation’s largest private mortgage lenders, where she managed the company’s litigation portfolio and conducted internal investigations. Just prior to joining Bradley, Beth was the managing partner of the Charlotte office of a regional white-collar criminal defense firm.
