Elisabeth Kasznar Fekete

Strategic consultation and Litigation in IP matters: covering both litigation and counselling in the areas of trademarks, anti-counterfeiting, unfair competition, copyrights, IP contracts, innovation law and trade secrets. She excels in the strategic planning of IP-related litigation and in the establishment of anti-counterfeiting programmes.

Senior Partner and Co-founder of Kasznar Leonardos, Ms Kasznar Fekete has over 30 years’ practice in intellectual property. A distinguished lecturer, examining professor of master’s degrees and doctoral theses and coordinator of IP courses. She has a law degree (1981) awarded with honours from the State University of Rio de Janeiro and a doctorate in commercial law (1999) from the University of Sao Paulo. In 1984 she was a Former Visiting Researcher at the Max Planck Institute (Germany). Ms Kasznar Fekete speaks Portuguese, English, French, German, Spanish, Hungarian and Italian.
