Elin Osbeck is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate. She joined Roschier in 2018 and works with Roschier’s Employment and Corporate Compliance & Investigations practices. Elin advises companies in e.g. disputes, employment matters in the financial regulatory context, data protection and employee privacy, discrimination, harassment and parental leave, mergers and acquisitions, senior management employment agreements and handling of collective bargaining agreement issues.
Before she joined Roschier, Elin worked as Research Assistant within the field of employment law at the Faculty of Law, Lund University.
