Edward Norman

Edward is an experienced commercial and projects lawyer, specialising in projects in the infrastructure, transport, and energy sectors.

He has significant domestic and international experience advising a wide range of market participants (including public bodies, banks, institutional investors, sponsors, developers, corporates and investment funds) on project structuring, and the commercial, funding and financing elements of projects and project finance transactions.

Edward also has in-depth expertise advising public sector and private sector clients on complex commercial contracting and procurement matters, with a particular focus on transactions in the transport sector.
