Eduardo Salles is a senior lawyer at Severien Andrade Advogados specializing in legal advice on large deals and transactions, particularly real estate structuring, corporate transactions (M&A), and private investments.
His experience includes (a) structuring corporate models to enable new businesses and corporate reorganizations; (b) structuring complex real estate deals and raising investments; (c) risk analysis and drafting of legal opinions for the safe acquisition of assets (real estate and operational) by his clients; (d) legal advice on the purchase and sale of companies and other corporate transactions, as well as corporate disputes; and (e) development of succession and estate planning, with a special focus on family business owners.
Personal
