Career
A founding partner of Severien Andrade Advogados, Fernando de Andrade has around 20 years of experience in tax law, advising clients on strategic litigation and advisory matters.
His practice includes assisting clients with tax reorganization plans and complex and strategic administrative and judicial proceedings throughout Brazil, mainly in the Federal Regional Court of the 5th Region and in the higher courts (STF and STJ).
Over the years, Fernando has led several high-profile cases in the national tax arena, including the largest tax transaction ever conducted by the Attorney General's Office of the National Treasury (PGFN) in its history, involving a major Brazilian business group in 2023.
