Ted is a member of Davis Polk’s Civil Litigation practice. He represents clients in securities, derivative and other complex litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts around the country.

Ted also represents companies, funds and boards of directors in internal investigations and investigations and other proceedings before various governmental authorities, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Department of Justice.
