Ed is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke's Corporate practice, focussed on advising on all forms of corporate finance and public M&A transactions, on both AIM and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

He advises public companies and investment banks on corporate finance and capital markets transactions across a number of sectors, including Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare and Energy & Utilities.

Further, Ed also advises on private M&A transactions and corporate governance issues.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2017, Ed had previously been seconded to the TUI Group and spent six months working in Dubai.
