Washington D.C.-based partner in the Restructuring group. Practice focuses on energy, commodities, technology and public finance restructurings. Represents lenders, debtors and official and ad hoc committees, with a particular focus on bank and hedge fund investors. Advises hedge funds on a variety of energy and public finance matters. Plays a key role in promoting Orrick’s debtor-side practice and regularly represents debtors in the energy and technology sectors.
