Dorothy Mehta

Corporate partner and member of the Asset Management Practice. Experienced in the structuring, formation and operation of investment funds in a variety of asset classes, including commodities, credit, crypto, fixed income and real estate. Her client base includes US and non-US investment advisers, family offices and wealth management platforms. She regularly advises clients on registration and related compliance requirements of the CFTC and the SEC, as well as on matters pertaining to federal and state securities laws generally.
