Nick Thornton

Represents clients on the tax aspects of a range of transactions, particularly those with an international dimension, including M&A, asset purchases and sales, corporate restructurings, securities offerings, financings, and fund formations.

Re-joined Fried Frank as a partner in 2014, having served as an associate in Fried Frank's London Tax Group from 2005 to 2010. Before coming back to Fried Frank, he was head at an international law firm.
