Tobias Caspary

Dr. Tobias Caspary advises clients on EU and cross-border merger control and foreign direct investments, EU cartel investigations, and general compliance counselling across industry sectors. Tobias also advises on EU, German and UK trade sanctions compliance for a variety of industries.

Clients across many industry sectors seek Tobias’s advice and representation before the European Commission, the Competition and Markets Authority, and the German Federal Cartel Office. He has worked on some of the some of the largest and most complex cross-border mergers worldwide.

Joined Fried Frank in 2008. Previously, Dr. Caspary practiced competition law for several years at another major international law firm in Brussels.
