Dorina Yessios

Dorina is the co-head of our U.S. Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure practice and head of our Latin America practice. Her practice focuses on the Americas and in particular on energy and natural resource projects, and data, digital and traditional infrastructure in the Americas, including Latin America and the Caribbean. She regularly advises lenders, sponsors, project companies and underwriters.

Dorina is regularly ranked in Chambers (both Latin America & USA) and Legal 500 (both Latin America & USA). Chambers Latin America 2024 has ranked Dorina at Band 3 in Project Finance - Latin America - International Counsel, and she is recognized as a Leading Lawyer in the Project Finance market in The Legal 500 US 2023 and a Leading Lawyer in the Projects and Energy market in the Legal 500 Latin America 2024. Dorina has been named to A Word About Wind’s Top 100 Power list. She is also featured as a ranked lawyer in the Legal 500 Private Practice Powerlist: U.S.-Mexico, and was named to Latinvex's 2023 list of the Top 100 Lawyers in Latin America for Project Finance and Top 100 Female Lawyers in Latin America. She speaks English and Greek fluently and is conversant in Spanish and French.
