Donna Sharp

Donna is an employment lawyer in the KPMG Law team. She has a broad range of experience spanning all types of employment litigation, TUPE/outsourcing, restructurings/reorganisations and a wide range of advisory matters. She has particular expertise in pay compliance relating to matters such as national minimum wage, gender pay, equal pay and holiday pay.

Donna has experience across the private and public sectors (in respect of the latter, particularly health).

Expertise - TUPE/outsourcing, reorganisations, employment litigation including all types of discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, drafting employment contracts and policies, project work concerning agency workers and employment status, employee relations advice (including pre litigation grievances and disciplinaries, the impact policies and benefits and redundancy exercises).
