Practice Areas

Donna is the Managing Partner of Osler’s Ottawa office. Donna has over twenty-five years of trademark law experience and represents clients in the technology, fashion, pharmaceutical, consumer products, financial services, entertainment and manufacturing sectors. Her practice encompasses trademark prosecution, portfolio counselling, licensing, Internet and domain name issues. Donna regularly represents clients in proceedings before the Trademark Opposition Board and provides advice in contentious matters.

Career

Called to Ontario Bar in 1984. Served for many years on the editorial board of the Canadian Patent Reporter. Former Chair of the Trademark Agents Board of Examiners.
