Career

Dominique began her legal career representing primarily creditors and receivers in insolvency and litigation matters. In 2015, she cofounded DBS Law, where she continues to represent fiduciaries, creditors, and debtors in both bankruptcy and receivership matters throughout the State of Washington. Dominique also advises clients, both debtors and creditors, through out-of-court workouts for distressed businesses. Clients appreciate Dominique’s strong attention to detail and creative problem solving. In addition to representing clients, Dominique also acts as a receiver in Washington and Oregon.
