Aditi represents companies, individuals, and receivers in commercial bankruptcy, restructuring, and receiverships. She advises creditors, debtors and receivers with respect to risk management and dispute resolution. Aditi’s experience and involvement in a wide array of bankruptcy and insolvency matters, including as an Assistant US Attorney, gives her unique perspective as she helps clients navigate complex commercial issues.

Aditi’s clients view her as a trusted business advisor. She takes time to really understand her clients’ business and then works diligently to help them achieve their goals. Aditi is solutions-oriented and focuses on collaboration and consensus to reach success. Her clients benefit from her responsive communication style and she is known for her ability to calmly and confidently guide clients through what can often be a stressful and complex process.

Aditi is active in a number of industry organizations and serves on the Board of Directors of Consumer Education and Training Services (CENTS). She was recently recognized by Chambers USA and commentators state she is “smart, astute and very, very good.” Aditi regularly speaks on topics related to bankruptcy and insolvency.
