Aditi Paranjpye has over 15 years’ experience representing debtors, receivers, secured and unsecured creditors, purchasers of distressed assets, and other parties in interest in a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including cases under chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code, out-of-court workouts, and cross-border insolvency proceedings. Her background includes significant work at firms in New York and Seattle, as well as service as an Assistant United States Attorney representing government interests in bankruptcy proceedings.
Aditi graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 2009 and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Washington. Beyond her practice, she demonstrates her commitment to community service through her leadership as President of Consumer Education and Training Services (CENTS) and her participation in the King County Bar Association Neighborhood Debt Clinic.
