Dominique is Vice Chair & Toronto Office Managing Partner, and co-leader of the firm's Innovation, Technology & Branding Practice. She has deep litigation, regulatory, transactional and branding experience. Her litigation practice emphasizes patent, trademark and trade secret litigation and counseling. Her advisory practice involves trademark prosecution and brand portfolio management, as well as advertising, marketing, labeling, and other commercial and regulatory matters pertaining to food, drugs, cosmetics, legal cannabis and medical devices.

Dominique serves on the Executive Committee of the Advocates’ Society, an association of more than 6,000 litigators throughout Canada, making submissions to governments and others on matters that affect the administration of justice and the practice of law by advocates. She regularly writes, speaks and teaches on written and oral advocacy, litigation and intellectual property topics. She sits on committees of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada and the International Trademarks Association and co-chairs the Canadian Bar Association, IP Section: CPD Committee. She serves on the Bennett Jones partnership board.
